Course of events
- Meeting with the instructor at the base on the Epizy quay
- Distribution of paddles and life jackets, followed by a briefing on kayaking, the route and safety instructions
- Launch of the kayaks and departure for a 2.5 hours self-guided trip to Villecien
- Arrival in Villecien, then return by shuttle to the base at the Epizy quay to return the equipment and complete the activity
