Hydrospeeding, otherwise known as white-water swimming, is a sliding and outdoor sport activity in which you descend the river using a float, propelling and steering yourself with the help of flippers. Equipped with your float and a neoprene suit reinforced at the elbows and knees, set off independently to discover the famous Aime rapids and the magnificent Centron gorges by hydrospeed!

Super après-midi, la descente « découverte » nous avait été recommandée car nos ados de 14 et 16 ans n’avaient jamais fait d’hydrospeed. Nous étions un peu frustrés à la réservation mais très agréablement surpris une fois sur place. La descente découverte est déjà bien forte en sensations, nous n’avons pas été déçus du tout.
