Practical information
You will have a 1.5 hour lesson every day over 5 days.
Course of events
The spot may change, depending on the water and weather conditions. Steeve will make sure you're able to enjoy the waves of Labenne as much as possible. Count 1h45 of activity for 1h30 of lesson.
Objectives
The goals of each lesson will vary depending on your level and experience.
Beginners will learn how to become autonomous surfers as quickly and safely as possible, enabling them to surf alone and read the water and weather conditions without any help.
Intermediate and advanced level surfers will be able to focus on a specific area of their choice.
Activity requirements
All participants must be aged between 7 and 65, and know how to swim.
Special terms
If the weather conditions of Labenne are not optimal for surfing, you have the choice between Tarnos, Capbreton and Seignosse. Alternatively you can also enjoy an SUP excursion in the lake of Hossegor, the most important thing is for you to get as much out of the sessions as you can.

Practical information
Have you always wanted to experience the thrill of riding the waves? Well, come to Labenne for this fantastic 5 day course that will help you reach your surfing goals as quickly and safely as possible!
At your arrival at the meeting point in Labenne you’ll find your instructor waiting for you, who will gear you up in a wetsuit and surf board adapted to your surfing skills and body build. Once geared up you’ll warm up on Labenne's beach by doing different pedagogical exercises, all necessary to help you become a better surfer.
Then you’re off in the water with your board to see how it feels to catch waves. Your instructor will be on-hand at all times to help, guide and advise you as much as possible.
At the end of your lesson your instructor will debrief you on your performance and will organise the next session. The lessons will remain pretty similar and the only thing that will really change is each session’s objectives.
