Course of events

- Meeting with the crew at the Old Port of Saint-Raphaël 10 minutes before the start of the cruise

- Boarding of the catamaran followed by a presentation of the ship, the crew and safety measures

- Departure for an 8-hour cruise to the 3 Capes of Saint-Tropez: Cape Camarat, Cape Taillat and Cape Lardier

- Around 11.30 a.m., anchoring the catamaran at the 3 Capes for a swim and an aperitif (punch planteur, soft drinks and savoury snacks)

- Lunch break at 12.30 p.m. on board the boat:
For drinks: Lemonade - detox juice - multifruit orange or pineapple - punch - still water - san pellégrino - coffee - tea
Main courses
