You will meet Alexandre at 8:30 in Montans, Tarn. Before the training, he will offer you a coffee and take time to get to know each member of the group.

Program of the survival intro course:

MORNING
- Make fire in different ways, demonstrations, and explanations
- Search for firewood to create the fire by friction/percussion, implementation of the elements performed by the trainee.
- Lunch included in the course

AFTERNOON
- Explanation and practice on the search for water
- Search for edible and medicinal plants
- Orientations with compass and GPS, map reading demonstration
- General rules and methods that can be used in survival situations
- Mystery activities
- Various questions about the day
