Saddle up on your mountain bike and set off on an adventure to discover the island of La Désirade and its incredible landscapes!

In the company of Fabrice, your super sports instructor, you will discover La Désirade, a small Guadeloupean island located about ten kilometers east of Grande-Terre.

Depending on your sporting abilities, it is possible to hire a simple mountain bike or one with electric assistance (VTTAE) for more comfort, but in any case, Fabrice will adapt the ride according to your level of cycling so that you can make the most of it!

From the Saint-François ferry terminal, you will take a shuttle bus to La Désirade, set in the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. Half desert, half populated, this charming destination will welcome you for a mountain bike ride of about 28 km that will give you plenty of thrills!

You'll pass through some of the island's small villages on the southern side of La Désirade, such as Beauséjour, which is bordered by heavenly white sand beaches, including the Plage des Galets. You will go from one view to another, where you will be surprised to see Guadeloupe in a new light. During your mountain bike tour, you will also cycle along the road to the old weather station on the eastern tip of La Désirade to discover the ruins of the old cotton mill, a must-see spot on this small island in the Guadeloupe archipelago. You will then arrive at the Pointe Doublé lighthouse, just next door.

Rudy nous a fait découvrir la Desirade avec gaieté, très pro et très sympa c’est une activité à faire sans hésiter ça change un peu de ce que l’on fait d’habitude et nous ne sommes pas déçu ! C’était super merci

Excellente journée passée en compagnie de Rudy qui connaît parfaitement son île ! Attention néanmoins pour les novices, il y a des partie techniques de descente. Excellent repas

Super balade VTT. En contact avec la nature on cotoie les différents paysages, les iguanes, les supers points de vue. Le niveau requis en VTT n'est pas extrême, il faut simplement avoir déjà fait un peu de VTT. Car le parcours contient quelques points techniques : descentes pierreuses, pentues, montées idem, jamais bien longues ; c'est rien de bien méchant si vous avez déjà fait du VTT sur des chemins assez variés. Mais si vous êtes pur débutants en VTT, ça peu vous impressionner. A faire entre amis, ou comme nous en famille (père-fils). Ce sont des super moments de bol d'air de paysages, de découvertes, de convivialité.
