Experience a unique immersion in the mangroves of Guadeloupe during a canoe tour on the Moustique River in Sainte-Rose!
Discovering the mangrove by canoe in Guadeloupe is a must, as this ecosystem between land and sea is the essential habitat of many species of birds, crustaceans and other animals. It is also a symbol of the island, so it would be a shame not to take the time to learn more about it, especially with a guide to accompany you on your canoe tour on the Moustique River in Sainte-Rose! You will spend nearly 3 hours cruising along the river in an inflatable canoe in the heart of the mangrove swamp, a sublime natural setting.
This excursion of canoeing in the mangroves of Sainte-Rose starting from La kassaverie is an original way to immerse yourself in the local culture of Guadeloupe. It is an unforgettable nature getaway for families, couples and friends, accessible from the age of 4, provided you can swim. And if you feel like it, once your canoe tour on the Moustique River is over, you can decide whether or not to join the team at La kassaverie de Sainte-Rose for a local lunch (sweet and savoury cassava cakes served with fresh juice) and an educational tour of the farm (extra charge, €20 per person).
