Your 1.5-hour SUP lesson will start in Portofino, where you will meet your instructor. After a short briefing, they'll hand you the equipment including a SUP board, paddle and life vest (neoprene suit and shoes in winter as well!). During this SUP lesson, your instructor will teach you how to handle the equipment and the fundamentals of stand-up paddling.
