Discover the Alma canyon. This route is designed for high-level, autonomous canyoning enthusiasts. L'Alma is THE legendary canyon of Martinique!
You'll have to overcome no fewer than 30 obstacles, an uninterrupted series of abseils, followed by an aquatic progression in the lower part of the canyon. The course includes 21 abseiling descents to a maximum height of 35 metres.
Description of the canyon :
- Approach walk: 2.5 hours
- Duration of the descent: 5 hours
- Return walk: 30 minutes
- Number of abseils: 21
- Maximum height: 35 metres
- Meet the instructor at the meeting point
- Participants are equipped with the necessary gear
- 2.5 hours approach walk to the canyon
- 5-hour descent of the Alma canyon
- 30-minute walk back to the meeting point
- De-equipping and end of the activity
Participants must have an autonomous canyoning level, or have made a beginner canyon with TropiCanyon to check the level.
Canyoning with TropiCanyon is open all year depending on weather conditions.
A minimum of 5 participants is required to validate the trip.
