The distance to Connely Island is 1.3 km, which can take an average of 45 minutes by sea kayak. However, you are free to explore :
- Discovery of the Îles de la Pointe-Taillon area
- Stop on the beach of Connelly Island
- Camping night
- Return to the beach of the Auberge des îles
You will be on your own during this trip. Although no previous sea kayaking experience is necessary, a minimum of camping experience is recommended.
A minimum number of 2 participants is required for this activity to take place.
There are a number of factors to bear in mind for your safety:
There are a lot of pleasure boaters on the water, so be vigilant at all times to avoid accidents and make sure you know the rules of the road: there are dams and spillways near the islands, so plan your route so that you can travel safely.
