Practical information
During this half-day freediving experience in Gozo, you'll complete a 1-hour briefing about the equipment, a 1-hour breathing exercise and 2 hours of practice in the water.
Course of events
- Meet the instructor at Gozo Ferry Terminal, Triq Ix Xatt, Mġarr, Malta.
- 1-hour Briefing and equipment.
- 1-hour breathing exercises & theory lesson.
- 2-hour freediving session in Gozo.
- Debriefing.
Activity requirements
- Knowing how to swim is mandatory.
- Participants must be in good health and not suffer from any heart condition or disease.
Special terms
Please note you are not allowed to fly for up to 24 hours after your last dive.
