On this evening self-drive dog sledding trip in Malangen, you will drive your own team of dogs for approximately 1 hour beneath the Northern Lights.
- Arrive at the kennels in Malangen
- Meet the guide and the huskies
- Receive safety briefing and self-drive dog sledding instructions
- Set up the sled
- The evening self-drive dog sledding adventure begins!
- Drive through the forest
- Break
- Admire the Northern Lights
- Return to the kennels in Malangen
- Feed the dogs
- Enjoy hot drinks and snacks around a campfire
- End of the excursion
Total time dog sledding: approximately 1 hour
Please note that as the Northern Lights are an unpredictable natural phenomenon, their presence is never guaranteed.
Each sled holds 2 participants, with one driver and one passenger and the chance to switch during the tour.
* Please be advised that for this activity, you need to make your way to the camp in Malangen, transportation from Tromsø is not included.
