Practical information
- For afternoon shark cage diving only 8-10 divers are on the boat so you can enjoy a comfortable trip in a personal and exclusive environment.
- 2 to 4 people in the cage
- 20 minutes boat transfer to the diving point: Seal Island, False Bay
- The average dive time is 20 minutes depending on the shark activity. Once everyone has had a go, and if there is enough time, then a second dive is allowed. Our crew is highly trained and safety is of utmost importance.
- All scuba gear included
- Light Snack and Refreshment Drinks provided
Duration: Approx 4 hours. The afternoon shark cage diving trip leaves at 12pm and returns at 5pm weather depending.
Minimum age: 10 years
All participants must be able to swim autonomously.
Please Note: Apart from the high success rate, shark sightings and activities are never guaranteed, and even during peak season there may be days when the sightings are lower than expected. No refunds will be made for non-sightings. Rescheduling the trips is however possible.
Transportation
Pick up from accommodation in Cape Town is possible to Simon's Town Pier Wharf Road- Simon's Town. You can arrange it with your instructor.
There's an extra charge for the pickups/drop-offs payable on the spot.
