The Haute Savoie department contains a plethora of ski resorts, a never ending list - from cosy family run resorts to high end luxury ones. Its centralised location also makes it extremely easy to access the valley's 3 other ski zones, Vallée Blanche, Domaine de Balme and Brevent/Flegere.

Located just next to Chamonix Valley is Vallorcine, a quaint village away from the hustle and bustle of mainstream Chamonix itself. It is an utterly enchanting and unspoilt small ski village known to a select few, and has direct access to Domaine de Balme.
