Choose from six exciting paragliding flight types in Tenerife tailored to your level and appetite for adventure. For a smooth and gentle intro, go for the paragliding Discovery Flight in Costa Adeje. If you're ready for more action, the High Performance Flight offers thermal lift and ridge soaring. Looking for adrenaline? The Acrobatic Flight over Tenerife delivers tight spins and strong G-forces. The Instructional Flight lets you try steering the glider yourself. The Special Ifonche Flight takes you from 1,000m between mountain peaks, and the XC Cross Country Flight gives you up to 55 minutes of thermal-powered exploration across Tenerife's southern mountain range.

Each paragliding flight in Costa Adeje starts with a warm welcome and a transfer to the take-off site, located between 700m and 1,000m altitude. After a safety briefing, you’ll enjoy 15 to 55 minutes in the air depending on the flight type. Landings are near the original meeting point, with return transportation provided.

All necessary gear is included. Just bring sports shoes and a light jacket. Flights run several times a day, weather permitting. Photos and videos are available as an optional extra.

Did paragliding in Tenerife, it was a good experience with a pilot who could speak English well. Overall, the time was around 90min in which the flying time is between 15 to 20min. Although my daughter, being lighter, did fly closer to 30min. It all depends on favorable winds.
