Surf Course in the south of Fuerteventura, Costa Calma

Please allow around 3 hours for the whole activity.

• Meet your instructor at the designated beach
• Get fitted with your surfboard and wetsuit, adapted to your size
• Start your 2.5-hour lesson with an introduction to intermediate surfing, covering paddling efficiency, the take-off technique, and ocean awareness (tides, currents, and energy management)
• Practice in the water with personalised guidance, adapted to your level
• End of session

• Learn proper paddling technique to conserve energy and improve wave-catching
• Master the take-off to stand up smoothly and ride waves confidently
• Understand tides and currents to navigate the ocean effectively
• Develop energy management strategies for efficient paddling beyond breaks
• Practice essential maneuvers like the turtle roll and skimoroll to handle waves

Being in good physical condition is required to take part in this activity.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity without an accompanying adult.

This activity is not recommended for pregnant or disabled people.
