However, if you've tried these sports before and you're in the mood for innovation, wingfoiling in El Médano could be a great idea.
What is wingfoil? Wingfoil is a water sport that is a combination of windsurfing and paddle surfing, as it consists of gliding over the waves on a wingfoil board with the help of a sail. What's special about it? This sail is loose and the wingfoil board, unlike other boards, has a hydrofoil in the lower part which allows it to reach high speed. The speed, the pirouettes and the jumps are what make winfoil such an attractive sport. Whether it's your first time or if you want to improve your technique, the instructors at SogniCanarias will teach you this new sport in an individual or group lesson of 1, 3 or 6 hours.
