You can opt for the 2-hour Discover Scuba Dive: Ideal for a first taste of scuba diving, this 2-hour program lets you learn the fundamentals before heading out for a 40-minute dive in the ocean, reaching a maximum depth of 8 meters.

Your adventure starts at the dive center in Playa de las Américas, where you’ll gear up with a wetsuit, fins, mask, and regulator. After a short briefing (about 15 minutes) on safety techniques, breathing, equalization, and underwater communication, you’ll head out for your guided dive.
Once underwater, your instructor will lead you along the coastline where you may spot the vibrant marine life of Tenerife: parrotfish, damselfish, trumpetfish, pufferfish, rays, moray eels, or even barracudas. With average water temperatures between 19 and 24°C, Tenerife offers comfortable diving conditions all year round.

If you’d like to spend more time in the water and practice your skills, the 5-hour Discover Scuba Diving program combines two dives. You’ll start with a skills session in the shallow waters of Las Vistas Beach in Los Cristianos, learning how to clear your mask and regulator, control your buoyancy, and retrieve your regulator if needed. Once you feel confident, you’ll board a boat to one of Tenerife’s top dive sites, such as La Caleta or El Puertito, for a second guided dive at depths of up to 12 meters. This session gives you a real taste of open water diving!
