On the day of your speedboat tour to the Pirate Caves from Rethymno Beach, you'll need to arrive at the meeting point in the Popeye Watersports headquarters. There, you'll meet the expert skipper who will give you a short safety briefing and inform you of the exact itinerary for the day. Once you embark on the speedboat, it's time to go!

You will navigate to the old pirate caves if you’re lucky with the company of caretta-caretta turtles, or even dolphins! Then, you will venture inside the sea one of the Pirates' Sea Caves, where you will be able to see the beautiful rock formations and the crystal clear water, creating breathtaking scenery. Here, you will have 30 minutes to swim inside and explore the caves while being able to take pictures aboard the speedboat. After seeing the amazing sea caves, we will head back, riding along the Cretan coastline until Rethymno Beach.

Super gaaf. Zolang je vaart gaat het lekker snel. Ik had last van zee ziekte tijdens het stil liggen bij het privé strandje waar je een half uur kunt zwemmen. Want dan lig je stil, en dan dobbert de boot. Maar dat mag de pret niet drukken.

Le trajet est long mais très sympa. Le capitaine était super gentil. Malheureusement, nous pensions visiter des grottes et l’intérieur de grotte comme énoncé dans le titre de l’activité mais nous sommes restés seulement dans l’entrée. Ce ne sont pas des grottes de snorkelling ou baignade. Cependant, nous avons pu nager 20-25mn sur une petite plage privée très sympa. Matériel de snorkelling et bouteille d’eau en libre service.
