Course of events
- 1.5hrs drive from Zagreb to Rastoke : during the drive, your licensed driver will get you familiar with the itinerary for the day, as well as information about the sites you are visiting and the general history of Croatia
- Visit of Rastoke (around 40 minutes)
- 30 minutes drive to the Plitvice lakes
- Tour of the Plitvice lakes : 8.5km (5.3mi.) of walking, a boat ride, and a tourist train ride (around 4hrs)
- 2hrs drive back to Zagreb
Activity requirements
Participants have to be able to walk a distance of 8.5km (5.3mi.) with some steep parts.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior at the meeting point.
Special terms
This activity includes a moderate amount of walking with some steep parts. It is not recommended for travelers with health issues and with walking difficulties.
This activity is not accessible to wheelchairs or strollers.
Depending on the weather conditions some parts of the park might be restricted and the train and electric boats might not operate.
In the off season, the tour lasts less than 10 hours.
