You'll meet your instructor, who will welcome you to the experience, starting with a short safety briefing and kit breakdown. You'll have a moment to practise your paddle technique with your guide and learn some basic strokes before you set off.

As soon as you feel ready, you'll set off! You will spend the next 4 hours enjoying the scenery and natural setting of Finland's oldest national park - spotting local wildlife and learning more about the area's cultural significance.
