Canyoning descent with free souvenir photos to be taken on the Spél et Eaux website.
Course of events
- Welcome and equipment: 25 min
- Approach walk: 15 min
- Descent of the canyon: 2 hours depending on the public
- Return walk: 15 min
- Time to discuss and debrief the adventure: 30 min
In total, 3 hours of canyoning activity!
Activity requirements
It is compulsory to be able to swim a minimum of 25 meters and to be able to fully immerse the body.
You must not have any medical contraindication to the practice of canyoning.
Minimum height: 125 cm (neoprene suits do not exist below this height)
Maximum weight: 135 kg

In the heart of the Aude department, the Termes canyon or Clue du Terminet is located in the Corbières, at the foot of the Cathar castle of Termes, only 1 hour from Carcassonne. Accessible to most people, it is one of the two most popular canyons in the Aude along with the Gorges de Galamus. The descent offered by the Termes canyon is indeed ideal for beginners in canyoning, allowing families and groups of friends to spend a superb half-day of discovery!
Between abseiling from 5 to 10 meters (optional), jumps from 1 to 8 meters (optional), slides, a passage under a cave and an initiation to the crossing of a siphon in the company of a state-qualified instructor, you will clearly not have time to be bored!

Magnifique matinée avec un guide très pro et qui nous a super bien accompagné pour une découverte du canyoning . C'est ludique et vraiment accessible. Un grand merci pour ce très bon moment pour finir nos vacances.
