Practical information
Course of events
- Meeting in the car park of Vallon Sourn
- Equipment set up by your instructor
- 10-minute approach walk to the climbing site on the banks of the Argens River
- Briefing by your instructor on the activity, equipment and safety rules
- 3.5-hour climbing session with safety techniques learning: roping up, belaying, etc.
- 10-minutes walk back to the meeting point, de-equipment and end of the activity

You need to be in good physical condition to take part in this activity.
Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity without an accompanying adult.

Practical information
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced climber, come and discover climbing in the Vallon Sourn between Correns and Châteauvert, in the heart of Provence Verte!
To the north of the Sainte-Baume Regional Nature Park, the Vallon de Sourn is a renowned rock-climbing area in the Var, not far from Brignoles and Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume. So, in the company of a state-qualified instructor, set off without further ado to discover rock climbing at Vallon Sourn, on a cliff where you can climb up to 40 metres high for the most intrepid among you!
You will reach the foot of the cliff after just a 10-minute walk in the heart of nature. The site is shaded and on the banks of the Argens River, so you can enjoy your climbing lesson in Provence Verte sheltered from the summer heat! Once you have been equipped with everything you need for your safety and the instructor has given you the instructions for the activity, you will set off to tackle the cliffs for almost 3.5 hours, under the watchful eye of the instructor who will be there to help and advise you.
Open to anyone aged 13 and over, this climbing lesson in Provence Verte near Brignoles will give you the chance to spend some fun and sporting moments with your family and friends!
