First Dive at Cap d'Agde

As the very first step in discovering the world of scuba diving, a first dive is an extraordinary experience that not only allows you to immerse yourself in a completely new environment, but also to experience new sensations such as the absence of gravity, breathing through a regulator and the silence that surrounds you beneath the surface. It is a real adventure that we strongly recommend you try at least once in your life, even if you are only 5! Your state-qualified instructor will be waiting for you at the town's harbour, ready to introduce you to scuba diving at Cap d'Agde during one of the 3 formulas offered by the centre: either a classic 20-minute first dive, a slightly longer 30-minute first dive, or a short course called Discover Scuba Diving, which will get you into the water twice while giving you a slightly more advanced grounding in the sport. In either case, you will dive alone with your instructor, who will stay by your side throughout the dive to a maximum depth of 6 metres. So you can be sure that your first dive at Cap d'Agde will be completely safe and that you will be supervised at your own pace!

Available all year round, even when the Mediterranean water barely exceeds 10°C in winter (you will be protected by your wetsuit), this first dive experience at Cap d'Agde will give you an unforgettable dive!
