Course of events
- Arrival at the meeting point: the Port-Miou cove
- Meeting with your guide
- Briefing on the trip and distribution of equipment
- Departure for a 4-hour SUP trip
- Passage through the creeks of Port-Miou, Port-Pin and En-Vau
- Swimming, snorkelling (if you have your own equipment), etc.
- End of excursion and return to departure point

You must not have any medical contraindications to take part in this activity.
This activity is not recommended for overweight people.
You must be at least 14 years old to be alone on a stand-up paddle.

This activity is not recommended for people with disabilities.
A minimum number of 3 participants is required to run this activity.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the departure time. The Presqu'ile car park charges €10 for entry. You can also park outside along the road, paying by pay and display machine.
It is possible to be 2 people on one SUP board, so select one participant + one passenger.

Your SUP trip will start in Cassis, with its unique calanque: Port-Miou! A peaceful, relaxing little corner of paradise, you'll sail among the cliffs and crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean. Next, you'll cross the calanque of Port-Pin, where white rocks and transparent waters make for unforgettable moments!
Continue along the coastline on your SUP board and your journey will end at the En-Vau calanque, known mainly for its lookout point, where you can stop for a swim, explore the seabed or just explore the flora and fauna of Marseille's calanques.
