Enjoy a peaceful walk in the mountains of Courchevel and observe marmots in the wild, with blueberry tart and apple juice to complete this sweet alpine experience.
Course of events
- Meet at the starting point in Courchevel
- Introduction to the guide, route and observation equipment
- Easy 20-minute walk along accessible mountain paths (max. elevation gain: 100 m)
- Watch marmots in their natural habitat for 1 to 1.5 hours using provided binoculars and telescope
- Learn about their behavior, lifestyle and environment
- Enjoy a delicious break with blueberry tart and apple juice
- Return walk to the meeting point
- End of activity

About the activity
Go and meet the marmots in the alpine relief of Courchevel with Azimut Rando!
Supervised by an experienced mountain instructor, you will go on a short 3 km marmot observation hike in the heights of Courchevel.
These friendly little creatures have made their home in the Alps in recent years and can be seen with the naked eye from the marmot trails. Your guide will show you the best places to observe these rodents and will teach you all about these inhabitants of the mountain pastures. And to make this moment of sharing even more enjoyable, you will taste a blueberry pie, with apple juice as a drink.
This marmot hike in Courchevel will amaze young and old alike and is ideal for an educational and slightly sporting outing with family or friends!
