The introductory course will teach you the technical basics and essential safety rules of rock climbing, while the advanced course will be tailored to your level and objectives (effort management, route reading, advanced climbing technique, etc.) to help you improve. Depending on your level and the weather conditions, you will practice either on the large Pen-Hir site, the best known and most accessible, or on the Kersiguénou cliff, where there are routes of varying levels.
