Practical information
If you'd like to learn how to perfect your mountain bike, Ecobike offers sessions to help you perfect the specific features you need!
One Saturday a month, an instructor will be on hand to guide you and help you progress in small groups of 12.
The different sessions will be:
Saturday April 13 = review and discovery of basic techniques
Saturday May 11 = turns and trajectories
Saturday June 15 = rock garden (negotiating a scree)
Saturday July 20 = jumps and pumping
Saturday August 17 = VAE technique
Saturday September 14 = special girls' outing
Course of events
- Welcome at the Ecobike store in Sallagosa
- Bring your own mountain bike (electric or muscle bike) or rent one on site.
- Meeting with your instructor and briefing on the session
- Departure for your improvement session with your instructor, who will be present throughout the outing
- Learn and progress on the day's speciality
- End of the activity and return to the store
Activity requirements
Previous mountain biking experience is preferable.
