A short climbing discovery session in the Adour valley will give you the authentic and fun side of the mountains. With the expertise and passion of our guides, you'll learn to climb the many routes on offer in the region. From Trassouet, with 200 routes, to La Garotte, with 45 routes, via Baudéan or the Casque du Lhéris, come and challenge the heights as you discover climbing just a stone's throw from La Mongie. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced climber, Vertige de l'Adour offers you the pleasure of climbing, whatever your level.

You'll meet your instructor-guide at the site of the day for an unforgettable experience on the rock, with family or friends. Accessible to all, from the age of 7, you'll put on your helmet and harness, before setting off on an adventure climbing session in the Adour valley with carabiners and quickdraws in hand!
