Discovery descent of the Eau Rousse Canyon:
- approximately 2 hours of canyoning;
- 2 to 5 metre jumps (all of which can be avoided);
- an introduction to abseiling - about 4 metres high (optional);
- natural slides and lots of other fun features!
Course of events
Please allow a total of 3.5 to 4 hours for the whole experience.
- Meeting with the instructor at the CanyoniCimes base 15 minutes before the start of the activity (parking on site)
- Briefing on the activity and distribution of canyoning equipment (neoprene 2-piece wetsuit and socks, helmet, harness and canyoning shoes)
- Equipment in the base changing rooms
- Minibus journey to the canyon car park (approx. 20 minutes)
- 15-minute approach walk
- Briefing on safety instructions and use of equipment before the start of the activity
- Departure for a 2-hour canyoning tour down the Eau Rousse Canyon, with jumps up to 5 metres high (all of which can be bypassed), an optional introduction to abseiling, natural slides and lots of other fun workshops
- 2-minute walk back to the minibus
- Return to the base by minibus (approx. 20 minutes)
- De-equipping in the changing rooms, with the chance to shower to end the activity, and then take advantage of the facilities at the base: restaurant, petanque area, etc.

All participants must know how to swim, be in good physical condition and not have any medical contraindications to take part in this activity.
