The northern coastline of Marseille reveals an unexpected face, far from the urban hustle, where the limestone cliffs of the Côte Bleue plunge into a Mediterranean Sea with the shimmer of a lagoon. Leaving the Vieux-Port behind, you enter a preserved stretch of coastline where typical fishing villages and secluded coves tell the story of an authentic maritime Provence. Did you know that the Côte Bleue is home to one of the oldest marine parks in France, established in 1982 to protect exceptional biodiversity? This is the privileged setting you'll discover on your boat tour in Marseille.
The adventure begins off the coast of the MuCEM, heading towards sites accessible only by sea. The captain, an expert in these waters, will guide you inside the impressive Madrague sea cave, a natural cavity with walls sculpted by the waves, where the acoustics and the clarity of the water create a truly fascinating spectacle. You will drop anchor in the crystal-clear waters of the Calanque de l'Éverine or the Calanque des Eaux Salées for an unforgettable snorkelling session. Equipped with the provided gear, you will explore the protected seabed, teeming with saddled seabream and damselfish, before enjoying a free stop at the port of La Redonne to soak up the local atmosphere.
This outing is designed with comfort in mind, with a maximum of 10 people on board to ensure an intimate experience. Aboard a modern RIB boat, you will have everything you need, including a freshwater shower to rinse off after swimming and attentive service throughout. The itinerary is adjusted in real time by the skipper to offer you the best possible conditions for sailing and swimming, depending on the day's weather.
