Practical information

A 15-minute discovery flight over the Rance River to Saint-Malo and Dinard, then on to the Isle of Ebihens, flying over the Emerald Coast

Course of events

- Welcome at the Les Dogues Volants hangar at Pleurtuit-Dinard airport

- Presentation of the aircraft and briefing on the activity and safety instructions (accompanying people can be present)

- Board the biplane microlight and take off for a 15-minute panoramic flight

- Flight over the mouth of the Rance and the dam, passing over Solidor, then up to Saint-Malo intra muros, Grand Bey and Petit Bey

- Heading for Dinard to follow the coastline and its villas, with views of the islands and Cézembre, then over Pointe du Décollé, Saint-Briac, and finally the mouth of the Frémur and the Nessay Castle

- End of the flight with a wide turn over the Ebihens peninsula and a return to the airport offering a breathtaking panorama of the Emerald Coast

- Soft landing, debriefing of the flight and opportunity to buy souvenirs (film, keyring, aviator jacket, etc.) before ending the activity

Activity requirements

Maximum weight: 242 lbs (110 kg)

Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity.

Special terms

The duration and itinerary of this activity also depend on the weather. In the event of bad weather and the need to postpone, your pilot will contact you the day before the flight.

One person at a time in the microlight (in addition to the pilot): if you have booked for 2 people or more, you will fly in the microlight one after the other.

GoPro video is available at an additional fee of €35, to be paid onsite.

The instructor also offers a piloting option for a supplement of €15, to be paid onsite.

A 25-minute discovery flight taking in Dinard and Saint-Malo as far as the pointe du Meinga

Course of events

- Welcome at the Les Dogues Volants hangar at Pleurtuit-Dinard airport

- Presentation of the aircraft and briefing on the activity and safety instructions (accompanying people can be present)

- Board the biplane microlight and take off for a 25-minute panoramic flight

- Flight over the mouth of the Rance and the dam, passing over Solidor and Dinard, then up to Saint-Malo intra muros, Grand Bey and Petit Bey

- End of the flight over Rothéneuf harbour and the Pointe du Meinga, with a view as far as the Pointe du Grouin, then back to the airport along the coast with a view of the islands (Cézembre, Fort National, Petit Bey, Grand Bey)

- Soft landing, debriefing of the flight and opportunity to buy souvenirs (film, keyring, aviator jacket, etc.) before ending the activity
