Discover Scuba Diving in Halkidiki near Thessaloniki

Submerge into a different world – colorful, mysterious and exciting!

During this discover dive you will glide through the water for the first time without feeling gravity and absorb the “silent world”. First you will meet your instructors and they will give you a briefing concerning the diving theory and the equipment. With your wetsuits, fins, masks and diving equipment you will then complete a few easy exercises in the shallow water. This way you get used to breathing under water quickly.

After successfully completing the first exercises, and once you get used to the equipment you are ready for your first dive. The instructors will take you down to a maximum depth of 12 meters – always staying by your side.

Once you are done, you will return to the dive centre to share your experience and get your underwater photos! You will also be able to get a diving certificate if you wanna go on with your education.

Where will you be diving?

Dive Club Kassandra has two favourite spots, one in Avlaki and one in Porto Valitsa.

Avlaki - Close the most south western point of Kassandra, this antique harbor is most probably one of the favorite places to dive. Diversified and almost always excellent diving conditions, everyone will have fun diving there.

Porto Valitsa - This dive site on the eastern coast is ideal for beginners and advanced divers alike. Starting with a beautiful enclosed bay, you will explore many drop-offs and overhangs filled with strange and wonderful sea creatures.
