In the south of Guadeloupe, Les Saintes archipelago is a must-see destination with postcard-perfect scenery, turquoise waters and secluded coves. Travellers often dedicate just one day to it from Basse-Terre, or a weekend with one night on site. In both cases, if you would like to discover the archipelago from the sea for over half a day, while keeping the rest of your time on site for other visits and activities, nothing beats this boat tour with snorkelling departing from Terre-de-Haut! It will take you just 2.5 to 3 hours to tour the main maritime points of interest around Les Saintes, alongside a local captain and guide who will provide information about each one.
You will enjoy this boat tour in Les Saintes aboard a very comfortable motorboat, equipped with a canopy to protect you from the sun, a swim ladder for easy access to the water, a freshwater shower to rinse off after swimming, a sound system for musical ambience, and even a cool box to keep your drinks chilled throughout the outing. In a small group of 8 to 12 participants, you will set off to discover the most beautiful sites of Les Saintes in a friendly atmosphere: Anse Mire, Îlet à Cabrit, Anse Crawen, Pain de Sucre, and more. The captain will take the time to stop the boat at each point of interest so you can take photos and allow the guide to tell you more about the beauty of the archipelago. 2 stops will also be dedicated to swimming and snorkelling (mask and snorkel), which are unmissable, particularly at Pain de Sucre and Anse Crawen.
And if the activity appeals to you but you are not staying in the archipelago, book the boat tour in Les Saintes from Trois-Rivières in Basse-Terre! This will allow you to make the most of the archipelago while being accompanied by local guides, with the option of a half-day or full-day excursion.
