About the activity

Rock climbing has never been so accessible and fun! Come in the Arco's climbing paradise: the mountain guides of Mmove will teach you the fundamentals of this incredible sport!

The course is opened to everyone, even kids! The course last 3 days, on each day you will do a lesson of 4 hours. You will learn in a group of maximum 6 people.

What will you learn?

Mmove's certified guides will introduce you step by step to the vertical world and teach you knots, basic climbing and safety techniques. In particular you will learn top-rope climbing and basic progression techniques, safety techniques and an introduction to lead climbing.

By the end of the course you will feel able to climb in a controlled and informed manner, allowing you to climb easy bolted routes with friends in climbing areas.

Als begeisterte Indoor-Boulderer wollten wir in Arco endlich auch das Klettern am Fels erlernen. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mit dem Team von 'Mmove into Nature" machen! Wir haben hier eine umfassende Einweisung in die Grundlagen des Kletterns mit vielen Profi-Tipps erhalten. An drei aufeinander folgenden Vormittagen wurden uns verschiedene Sicherungstechniken und die Grundlagen des Felsenkletterns vermittelt (Toprope und Vorstieg). Das Material konnten wir vor Ort ausleihen und war in einem Top-Zustand. Wir waren in einer kleinen 3er-Gruppe unterwegs, sodass jeder ausreichend Zeit hatte, abwechselnd Erfahrung am Fels oder beim Sichern zu sammeln.
