Practical information
- Welcome : On the beach of Grande Anse, you will be welcomed by the Alpha Plongée team who will introduce you to the other participants. You will then be equipped with a shorty wetsuit, a mask and fins. Your diving tank will be equipped with an inflatable waistcoat at your size. Then, we head to the beach for a first initiation and discover the sensation of breathing in water.
- Initiation: All the diving equipment will be presented to you during this initiation on the beach of Grande Anse, as well as the signs to use during the dive and the safety rules. Once underwater, you will only be able to communicate through signs.
- Diving : You will board the boat to reach the dive site outside of Grande Anse d'Arlet Bay. You will dive to a depth of up to 6 meters, which is ideal for beginners. You will take turns diving with an instructor for 20 minutes. While some are underwater, others will have snorkels to explore the site from the surface.
- Return: After 1h15 to 1h30 at the site (20 minutes of diving), you will return to the center to de-equip and enjoy a good planteur.
Activity requirements
Non-swimmers are the most welcome to participate to the activity.
