Course of events
- Meeting with the crew on the Bain Boeuf Public Beach in Cap Malheureux, 5 minutes before the departure time (free parking and toilets available nearby)
- Briefing on the activity, safety instructions on board and good snorkelling practice
- Boarding the boat
- Departure for a 7-hour excursion to the northern islands of Mauritius:
- sailing for 30 to 40 minutes to Gabriel Island
- first free snorkelling stop at Gabriel Island
- quick sail to Flat Island, just in front of Gabriel Island
- lunch on the beach or on board the boat, depending on the weather
- free time for swimming and snorkelling
- sailing for 20 to 30 minutes to Gunner’s Coin
- last free snorkelling stop at Gunner’s Coin
- sailing back to Cap Malheureux (10 to 15 minutes)
- Back at Bain Boeuf Public Beach, disembarkation and end of the activity at around 2.30 p.m.
