- Meeting point at the edge of the lagoon south of Ile aux Bénitiers
- Distribution of equipment, followed by a briefing on the course of the activity and safety instructions
- Launching of sea kayaks in the lagoon
- Departure for a 2 to 2.5-hour kayak trip to Ile aux Bénitiers via the Crystal Rock
- Return to the starting point by kayak, return of equipment and end of the activity
