Canyoning in the Međureč Gorge starting near Bar

Practical information
The total time of time spent in the canyon is around 4-5 active hours, potentially 6 hours.
- Meet the guide at the meeting point.
- Access by jeep to reach the path leading to the canyon.
- A 25-minute easy walk down to reach the water.
- A briefing (30 min) that will make you more confident with the techniques.
- Canyoning descent in the Međureč Canyon.
- After the descent, a 15-minute walk to reach the pickup point.
- Enjoy some local rakija and debrief the canyoning excursion.
- Drive back to the meeting point.
- jumps are not mandatory during the excursion, just let your guide know if you do not want to jump and they will find an alternative way for you to descend.

Practical information
The day starts with a welcome coffee at café Dobre Vode (formerly Kalamper café) where you will meet your guide to get a presentation of the canyon and a breakdown of the day. Just Relax in front of the swimming pool, and everything will be ok.
After, you will drive about 20 minutes to Međurečki village where the equipment will be distributed. Walking 25 minutes down to reach the entrance of the canyon where you will be briefed before the entrance of the canyon where you will learn the techniques for canyoning in order to feel confident before entering the water. Included are some snacks and water during the descent.
This is a technical canyon (you will learn all the techniques along the descent) in order to ensure you can handle the canyon. There will be jumps up to 9m (30ft), but if some don't want to jump it is not a problem, we will put a rope). There are some toboggan slides and you will have 8 vertical waterfalls between 12-30m (30-100ft) high. All of these obstacles will be in scenic limestone surroundings.
The canyon is around 1km (0.6mi) long and has about 220m (700ft) of vertical difference.
The canyon is located close to the city Bar, which means from our canyoning base it is 25 km.
During the canyoning, we will have snacks (sweets, dry fruits, chocolate) to keep your energy up throughout the descent.
