You can lean back and enjoy the magnificent views along the drive in the Biogradska Gora National Park as this safari is a passenger-only experience chauffeured by an experienced off-road driver. The excursion goes through the Bjelasica mountain range using national roads, woodland tracks and steep-cut routes.
Course of events
- Meet your guides and start your adventure from Kolašina.
- The road will lead you past the Ski centre Kolašin 1450 and all the way across one of the most beautiful mountains in Montenegro-Bjelasica.
- During your off-roading experience you will drive past traditional villages-katuns up to the Mountain Hut Vranjak, 1740 m above sea level. Then you will continue to the viewpoint at the foothills of the highest peaks of Bjelasica, where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Pešića Lake.
- Your way will further lead you over the roof of the Bjelasica Mountain along the foothills of the three highest peaks Crna Glava 2139m, Zekova Glava 2117m and Troglava 2072m above sea level. Further, you will enter the National Park Biogradska Gora and drive towards the most attractive viewpoint Bendovac at 1800m. Here you will get to soak in the stunning view of the whole Virgin Rain Forest of the Biogradska Gora and its idyllic Lake surrounded by woods.
- After a 20-minute pause, you will proceed to Lake Biograd where the lunch will be organized.
- On your way back from Dolovi, you will drive along windy roads through the Biogradska Virgin Forest before taking the organised transfer back to Kolašin.

The Bjelasica is a mountain range located in the Biogradska Gora national park near Kolašin, Montenegro. The highest point of Bjelasica is Crna Glava 2,139 m (7,018 ft) high.
Biogradska Gora is a forest and a national park in Montenegro within the Kolašin municipality. As one of the UNESCO World Network of Biosphere Reserves, this area is one of the last three large virgin rainforests in Europe. The beautiful landscape offers you mountain ridges, glacial lakes, temperate forests and much more.
