Keep in mind that the temperature in the Arctic can vary between 5 and -30 degrees Celsius (41 to -22 Fahrenheit), which means that even with the winter suit you'll borrow from your instructor, you'll need to be ready for the cold. You should bring thermal or wool underlayers, wool or fleece middle layers, and a windproof and waterproof jacket to wear under the suit if necessary.
