This trip departs from Tyssedal, a charming village in Vestland County, Norway, situated along the Sørfjorden. Tyssedal is a starting point for the famous Trolltunga hike, one of Norway's most iconic and spectacular natural landmarks. On this excursion, you'll embark on a thrilling zip-line ride at Trolltunga!

The adventure begins at the meeting point in Tyssedal, where you'll be greeted by your professional guide. They will go through a safety and itinerary briefing and provide the equipment for your bike tour to Trolltunga. Then, you'll set off on a 7 km (4 mi) bike ride from Tyssedal, cycling along the marvellous Ringedalsvatnet Lake. This glacier lake has a fascinating history dating back to the early 1900s. The area of Ringedalen was once one of the most popular tourist spots in northern Europe. Back in the day, travellers were transported by horse and cart from Tyssedal, and then by boat in Ringedalsvatnet to the waterfalls Tyssestrengene and Ringedalsvatnet.

As you cycle, the guide will share insights about Ringedalen's rich history. Then, you'll reach Trolltunga and hike 500 metres (1,640 feet) uphill to the Trolltunga Ziplines. As you hike, you'll have an amazing view of Trolltunga ('Troll's Tongue'), a dramatic rock formation that juts horizontally out of a mountain about 700 metres (2,300 feet) above Ringedalsvatnet Lake. At the summit, you'll take a break to admire the picturesque views and enjoy your own packed lunch. Afterwards, it's time for your zip-lining tour at Trolltunga!

You'll get set up with the safety gear and go through the instructions, before embarking on an exhilarating ride through the air on three ziplines. The ride lasts 600 metres (1,969 feet) and offers stunning views of the fjord-like valley below. The zipline will bring you 200 metres (656 feet) below to the lake. Then, you'll return to the starting point in Tyssedal with the 7 km (4 mi) bike ride again.
