This course includes an introduction to basic climbing techniques, secure belaying, and essential knots to ensure your safety. All the necessary equipment will be provided and a certified and experienced climbing instructor will be with you at all times.

Most of the rock climbing areas are set up in Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina, one of the most scenic climbing areas in Portugal. The climbing routes are situated at the cliffs, so imagine nice moves over the azure blue ocean accentuated by the sound of waves and refreshing gust.

Additionally, since the climbing sectors (Navigator Slab, Amacao Nova, Foz de Forno) are close to or at the beaches, you can have a swim after the rock climbing session.
