  • the K2 course - ideal for families as it is accessible from the age of 6, even for beginners, with around 2 hours of adventure with fun obstacles, including Tibetan bridges that can all be bypassed;
  • the K2 + K4/5 course - a challenge accessible only to the most athletic from the age of 18, combining the K2 course with another more difficult one and including impressive obstacles such as an inverted staircase, aerial benches and even a 180° hinge!

Practical information

Try your hand at one of the 2 routes on the Redován via ferrata, according to your level:

  • the K2 course - approximately 2 hours of adventure for beginners, accessible to children from the age of 6 and including Tibetan bridges (all optional) as well as climbing sections with steel rungs and cables;
  • the K2 + K4/5 course - around 4 hours of adventure for sports enthusiasts, accessible from the age of 18 and combining the K2 course with a second, more impressive course (Tibetan bridges, aerial benches, inverted staircase, 180° hinge, etc.).
Course of events

Please plan to spend half a day on site for the whole experience (around 2.5 hours for the K2 route and 4.5 hours for the K4/5 route).

  • Meeting with Alicante Aventura instructors in front of Polideportivo Los Pasos, 15 minutes before the start of the activity
  • Distribution of safety equipment (helmet, harness and karabiners)
  • Approach walk of just 5 minutes to the via ferrata
  • Briefing on the route and safety instructions
  • Departure for about 2 hours of via ferrata on the K2 route, then, for the more sporty who have opted for the complete route, continue on the K4/5 route for another 2 hours of via ferrata
  • 10-minute walk back to the meeting point
  • Return of equipment and end of the activity
Activity requirements

Being in good physical condition is required to take part in this activity, especially for the K2 + K4/5 course, which is only accessible to 18-year-olds.

All minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.

This activity is not accessible to pregnant people, people with disabilities or people who suffer from vertigo.

Pets are not permitted to join in this activity.

EN:Activity was challenging but the feeling and views paid that off. Guide didn’t spike English, but that wasn’t a problem at all. Very safe. On the hardest parts where we weren’t ready guide helped us. Guide took very nice pictures as well and always checked on us and provided encouragement! Recommend 👌LT: Lipti buvo tikras iššūkis, bet vaizdai ir jausmas atpirko viską. Nors gidas ir nešnekėjo angliškai, be problemu komunikavome visa lipimo laiką. Jautėmės saugiai. Sunkiose dalyse gidas padėjo įveikti jas. Nuotraukas ir video taip pat dare gidas, tad jei nedrasu trauktis telefona kybant ant kalno, nuotrauku ir video tikrai bus. Tikrai labai rekomentuojame! 🇬🇧🇱🇹
