Discover the unspoiled beauty of the Sierra Gelada Natural Park on this kayaking excursion from the picturesque town of Altea, Alicante, 15 minutes from Benidorm. A conservation area best explored from the open sea, paddle at your own pace as you discover secret caves and sandy bays, and even meet the area's newest residents - a pod of bottlenose dolphins!

This 4-hour guided kayak excursion along the coast of Altea takes you to see the many beautiful caves and rock formations found at low tide. You will leave with your guide from Playa Mascarat and paddle along the beaches of Altea, following the Morro de Toix cliffs, almost 200m above sea level, until you reach the Cueva dels Coloms, only accessible from the sea. There, you will enter several rooms of the cave and discover its beautiful and impressive rock formations, an unmissable experience. In addition, this kayak route along the Morro del Toix is an incredible moment for snorkeling, so don't forget to bring your mask and prepare to dive into the beautiful crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea!

Your kayaking activity along the Morro de Toix will start at Playa Mascarat, where your guide will give you a thorough safety briefing for the whole of the activity and then teach you the basic skills you will need to steer and handle your own kayak.

You should know how to swim to participate in this activity, but don't worry, you'll have a lifevest that will help you out if there is an accident, not to mention your expert instructor, who will be there at every step of the way, not just guiding you to the right beautiful places, but also helping you control your kayak when needed.

So, book your guided kayak tour around the Morro de Toix and towards the Cuva dels Coloms, and fall in love with the beaches, the cliffs, and the waters of Altea!
