Course of events
- Welcome at the Fat Tire Tours Barcelona shop, located at Carrer dels Escudellers 48 in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter 15 minutes before the start of the activity
- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions
- Allocation of bikes and safety equipment (eBike upgrades available)
- Departure for a 3-hour guided bike tour of Barcelona: discover the city’s highlights such as Plaza Sant Jaume, Plaza Real, Casa Batlló, Casa Milà, Sagrada Família, the Arc de Triompf, Ciutadella Park, and Passeig del Born, while learning about the history and architecture of Gaudí’s masterpieces
- Return to the meeting point, return of equipment and end of the activity
Activity requirements
All participants must know how to ride a bike to take part in this activity.
- Minimum height for adult's bike: 150 cm (26' bikes)
- Minimum/maximum height for children's bike: 95 cm/146 cm (20' or 24' bikes)
All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.
Special terms
Please bring one government-issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit for all rentals and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes.
You can also rent the following accessories on site: baby carrier (1 to 3 years, maximum 48 lbs/22 kg) and child trailer (5 to 10 years, maximum 70 lbs/32 kg, 4ft/122 cm and minimum 3ft/95 cm).

The tour is available in English, Dutch, and German. Times vary depending on the language and season:
- English: November to March at 10:00 AM; April to October at 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM
- Dutch: November to March at 10:30 AM; April to October at 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM (seasonal: 9:30 AM in July, August, and October)
- German: Available daily at 10:00 AM all year round
