Cabo de Gata, also known as Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park, is a natural area in Almeria, famous for its crystalline and emblematic beaches as well as its fauna and flora. This snorkelling excursion in the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park gives you the chance to dispense with diving training to enjoy the seabed and some of the native species of this natural park in Almeria.

The activity starts at the Isub diving centre in San José, the capital of the Natural Park. There you will meet one of the diving instructors and you will go on a boat trip to one of the beaches of Cabo de Gata depending on the weather conditions. At the beach, you'll dive for an hour accompanied by a guide or on your own, depending on the type of dive you prefer. Once you have finished snorkelling, you will return by boat to San José.

It was a pleasant experience overall. The team was very kind and energetic and they met the times indicated. They drove to the boat, we did a 10-minute boat ride and spent 1-hour snorkeling. One of the instructors forgot one mask but luckily they had spare ones on the boat.
