Course of events
- Welcome at the meeting point: You will be met at the agreed time at the starting point and welcomed by the supervisory team.
- Handing over of equipment: Kayak (single or double depending on your booking), paddle, lifejacket, waterproof can.
- Safety briefing: Explanation of safety rules, weather conditions, recommended itinerary and sailing instructions.
- Quick introduction (if required): demonstration of basic strokes (holding the paddle, turns, climbing back on board).
- Sailing on your own for 4 hours (see photos for suggested itinerary).
- Back to the starting point: Return the equipment, check its condition and discuss your experience.
- End of activity: Possibility of receiving advice for other spots or water sports activities nearby.
Activity requirements
You must wear a T-shirt under your lifejacket during the activity.

The price is shown per kayak. When you book, you can reserve a single kayak (solo) or a double kayak (duo).
When you make your booking, don't forget to ask for a landing permit here: https://areoso.xunta.gal/ is compulsory for paddling in the region.
It is possible to request the services of an instructor to accompany you during the excursion at a cost of €60.00/half day and €80.00/full day.
