On the day of your candlelight dinner at the Aurora Hideaway near Luleå, you'll need to arrive at the Brändön Lodge at least 30 minutes before the start of the experience (you'll find free parking on-site, or you can contact your instructor for pick-up options in Luleå). There, you'll meet your instructor, who will welcome you to the lodge and explain the itinerary for the night, as well as a few safety rules to follow in order to have a good time. Finally, they will distribute the fleece and snowmobile suits, boots, socks, gloves, hood and helmet, so you can put everything on and prepare for the freezing temperatures of the Arctic.

Once you're all geared up, it's time to go! You'll set off on a snowmobile-pulled sled ride toward the Aurora Hideaway and enjoy the scenic views of Swedish Lapland on the way. When you arrive, you'll have the choice of a glass of wine, a cold beer, or a warm beverage to drink by the fire as you settle in the cabin. Your instructor will then pull out your first course of the night: boiling hot soup. You'll eat it in the cosy environment of the Aurora Hideaway with tealights and a crackling fire that will form a magical and romantice vibe you'll never forget. Next, you'll have time to step out into the snow and search the sky for the Northern Lights or enjoy the peaceful, quiet atmosphere or the Arctic, while your guide cooks your main course on an open fire. Finally, you'll eat your 2 remaining courses inside and finish the night with a hot beverage before returning to the Brändön Lodge for the end of the experience.

Since you'll be spending the evening among the snowy landscapes of Swedish Lapland, your instructor recommends that you bring very warm layers to wear under the suits they will lend you, including wool or thermal underwear, extra layers on top, and even a wind and waterproof jacket that you'll can wear under the suit if it's really cold outside. You should also bring a hat, scarf, gloves, snacks, and anything else you might need (medicine, glasses, etc.) to spend an amazing 3 hours on this candlelight dinner near Luleå!
