Practical information
Indoor climbing park in Grindelwald with 5 courses of different levels:
- West Ridge - easy level, suitable for all participants and recommended as a warm-up for the other routes;
- Mittellegi Ridge - intermediate level, with the option at the end of the course of linking directly to the Scenic Circuit via a zip line;
- White Spider - challenging level, with the option at the end of the course of linking directly to the Scenic Circuit via a zip line;
- North Wall - a very challenging level, a route requiring more strength and courage, including an impressive abseil;
- Scenic Circuit - intermediate to challenging level depending on the route, with a programme of 8 obstacles after crossing a 40-metre-long zip line.
Course of events
Allow 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on your pace, to complete all the routes.
- Welcome to Indoor Seilpark Grindelwald
- Distribution of safety equipment (helmet, harness, etc.)
- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions
- Depart for 1.5 to 3 hours of canopy tour on the courses of your choice from the 5 on offer
- Return of safety equipment as soon as you wish and end of the activity

Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity.
All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult on the courses. Children aged 12 to 14 must be accompanied by an adult who will supervise them on the courses or from the ground.

Accompanying people not taking part in the activity can enter the centre free of charge to watch the participants enjoy themselves.

In the heart of the village, just a 25-minute drive from Interlaken, the Grindelwald sports centre is home to an indoor adventure park - and the biggest in Europe! There are a total of 5 courses featuring ropes, climbing, abseiling and other obstacles of all kinds, all with varying degrees of difficulty to suit beginners and the more athletic alike. The only prerequisite for taking part in this canopy tour adventure in Grindelwald is to be at least 120 cm tall!
Once there, you will be equipped with all the safety gear you need for the activity (helmet, harness, etc.) and then briefed on everything you need to know before starting on the park's first course, West Ridge. This is the simplest course, ideal for warming up if you are planning to take on the other 4 that await you! But don't worry, if you don't feel comfortable doing the other courses, they are not compulsory as they are all independent.
